Following the success of Pagoda City came the problems of a successful spawn! The chest shops plugin at the time was lagging the whole city because of the number of shops. On top of the lag, new players complained it was hard to navigate or exit! It was late 2020 when this Aether spawn was built, a new fresh spawn in the sky with no shops, far from all the lag below. It was retired not long ago, but is standing by as our `emergency spawn`. It can be visited by the command /warp oldspawn
